When we receive an order for yarn, we check the inventory and match the lot number at the same time.
What is lot matching?
Yarn lot numbers vary depending on the time of production, and even if the color number is the same, the color may vary slightly depending on the lot. For this reason, we try to provide yarn from the same lot as much as possible to prevent color unevenness when you knit your project.
Regarding support during the sale period
During the sale period, we will receive more orders than usual, so it may take some time to check inventory and match lots.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as this is done to ensure that we deliver products in the best possible condition.
